⚙️ Instructions for use:
- Preparation: The seed material is fully ready for use. Precisely sow the required seed dose according to the instructions on the package to ensure optimal and even seed distribution in a loose, moist bed or a special sprouting tray. Before sprouting, beans must be soaked in clean, lukewarm water for approximately 10–12 hours.
- Usage: Grow sprouts preventively all year round at home. Spread the seeds evenly in the sprouting tray and rinse thoroughly with cool water regularly, at least 2–3 times a day, to ensure optimal moisture and prevent souring.
- Waiting time (hardening period): Strictly follow the number of days indicated on the package and the care instructions from sowing until full readiness (mung bean sprouts reach excellent taste and are best used for food after 3–5 days, when white, crispy shoots have formed).
