Top-quality, medium-early hybrid variety (Cezar F1), which is one of the most sought-after choices for excellent and stable yields in open fields. This high-value hybrid stands out for its strong natural vitality, very vigorous growth, and abundant flowering, ensuring a continuous and rich cucumber harvest from mid-summer until the first autumn frosts. The fruits are visually perfect—they are slender, cylindrical, with bright green skin, medium-sized warts, and light stripes that extend halfway along the fruit's length. These seeds are a reliable helper for every gardener who values not only high yield but also guaranteed protection against diseases and excellent end product quality.
🌱 Suitable for:
- Classic canning and pickling: The variety's size and slender proportions are ideal for tight packing in jars—after heat treatment, the cucumbers do not lose color and retain a pleasant, mild flavor.
- Traditional fermentation and brining: An excellent choice for fermenting—thanks to their firm skin and dense, juicy flesh, the cucumbers do not become soft during processing and retain excellent crispness.
- Fresh consumption and salads: Thanks to their distinct, naturally fresh aroma and tender seed cavity, they are exceptionally delicious for immediate consumption directly from the garden bed.
- Stable yield performance in the garden: A very reliable variety for both home gardens and larger homesteads that require a high yield of marketable fruits.
✨ Key advantages:
- Complex disease resistance: Cezar F1 is an excellently protected hybrid—it has high resistance to downy mildew, scab of cucurbits, and cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), which significantly reduces the risk of crop loss.
- Genetically bitterness-free: The fruits of this variety never become bitter, guaranteeing a pleasant and subtly sweet taste even if the summer is hot and moisture is lacking.
- Slender shape without overgrowth: Cucumbers have a genetic characteristic to retain their proper, slender cylindrical shape for a long time—they do not tend to quickly grow too thick or become barrel-shaped.
- Does not yellow and retains freshness: Both in the field and after harvesting and processing, the fruits consistently maintain their attractive, bright green hue and do not yellow.
- Highest quality germination material: W.Legutko guarantees strict seed selection and high germination rates, ensuring strong and weather-resistant sprouts.

⚙️ Instructions for use and proportions:
- Soil and site preparation: Cucumbers require fertile, humus-rich, warm, and sufficiently moist soil. It is best to choose a sunny and sheltered location.
- Sowing time and depth: Sow seeds directly outdoors (in the ground) from mid-May to early June, when the risk of spring frosts has passed completely and the soil has warmed to +12°C. Sowing depth: 1.5–2 cm.
- Sowing scheme (distances): Sow in rows with a distance of 80–100 cm between rows. In the row, sow seeds in clusters of 2–3 seeds every 15–20 cm. Later, thin out the weaker seedlings.
- Watering and care: Regular and abundant watering is necessary, especially during flowering and active fruit setting. It is recommended to water with lukewarm water directly on the soil, without wetting the leaves.
- Harvesting: Harvest fruits regularly (every other day). Timely harvesting of ripe cucumbers promotes the formation of new flowers and significantly prolongs the overall production period.
