- Preparation: The seed material is fully ready for use. Precisely sow the necessary seed dose according to the instructions on the packaging to ensure optimal and even seed distribution in loose, moist, and nutrient-rich soil or on a moistened germination substrate.
- Use: Sow seeds preventatively all year round on a windowsill or from early spring to autumn in open ground very shallowly (0.5 cm deep) or simply by scattering them on the surface. To ensure a continuous supply of fresh greens in the garden, it is advisable to repeat sowing every 7–14 days.
