Before sprouting, seeds should be soaked in clean water for approximately 8–12 hours.
- Usage: Grow sprouts preventively indoors all year round. Spread the seeds evenly on a sprouting sieve or in a tray and rinse regularly, 2–3 times a day, with cool water, maintaining consistent moisture and ensuring good air access.
